About This Position

Nationwide IT Services is seeking a Management Analyst III to support the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of Civil Rights (OCR). The candidate will provide mission support services for policy analysis and recommendations, as well as advice regarding the development and implementation of OCR’s mission. This includes developing new policies and analyzing existing ones that support the overall mission.

Responsibilities

  • Provide mission support services for policy analysis and recommendations.
  • Offer advice on the impact of administrative rules related to OCR's mission.
  • Support the development of new policies and the analysis of existing ones that align with OCR’s mission.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable privacy and security requirements under HIPAA and HITECH.
