Role Overview

The Director of Portfolio Management is responsible for overseeing the strategic management and optimization of Plymouth Housing Group’s portfolio. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance asset performance, driving financial stability, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive portfolio management strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Analyze market trends, financial data, and other relevant information to inform decision-making processes.
• Oversee the performance of properties within the portfolio, ensuring they meet or exceed established benchmarks.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, including property managers, investors, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing housing and real estate.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a proven track record in portfolio management. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of the housing industry, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
