About the Role
The primary Sales & Marketing leadership role within the business group, with full ownership of overall sales performance and market share growth. Key Responsibilities include leading the formulation of medium- and long-term marketing strategies and annual business plans, aligned with the business group's strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the formulation of medium- and long-term marketing strategies and annual business plans, aligned with the business group's strategic goals
- Drive global target market development and key customer relationship management
- Ensure sales targets are met through effective sales team management and coaching
- Monitor and analyze market trends to inform strategy and product development decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure cohesive business operations
Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in Sales & Marketing within the manufacturing industry, preferably in precision manufacturing
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and market share expansion
- Strategic planning and business development skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written; additional languages are advantageous
