The Opportunity

AIA Group is seeking a Service Management & Site Reliability Specialist to support the reliability, stability, and effective operation of technology services. This role will apply strong service management practices alongside site reliability principles, ensuring high-quality incident, problem, and change management. As part of the major incident management function, you will participate in an on-call roster, acting as an escalation point for critical incidents.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain service management practices to ensure the stability and reliability of technology services.
  • Participate in incident response and major incident management, providing timely and effective resolution strategies.
  • Conduct problem analysis and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence of incidents.
  • Manage change requests and ensure that changes are executed smoothly without impacting service availability or quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in service management and site reliability engineering.
  • A deep understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • Experience with on-call rosters and critical incident handling.
  • Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
