The Opportunity
We are seeking a Communications Management Specialist to join our dynamic team at AIA Group in New Zealand (nationwide) (nationwide). As a key member of the People & Culture and Corporate Affairs teams, you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering impactful internal and external communications that align with our business objectives and enhance our employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for various communication channels to support AIA’s mission and values
- Coordinate and execute communication initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of messages
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication strategies
- Analyze communication trends and feedback to inform strategy adjustments and improvements
- Support the development of internal and external communications materials that resonate with our diverse audience
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate setting
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences
- Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with content management systems, social media platforms, and email marketing tools
