The Occupancy Specialist I will assist the Property Manager with tenant recertifications at Piedmont Apartments, a 250-unit affordable housing community in Oakland. This role involves managing initial, interim, and annual tenant recertifications.

<h2-Core Duties

Assist the Property Manager with tenant recertification processes
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies during tenant recertifications
Communicate effectively with tenants to facilitate a smooth recertification process
Maintain accurate records of tenant information and recertification status

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience in property management or related field preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
Affordable housing knowledge a plus
