Position Summary

The Member Experience Specialist is a key role in representing Wild Alaskan Company to our members and potential members. This position involves responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with our customers across multiple communication channels.

Your Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries from members and future members via live chat, email, and phone.
• Maintain high member satisfaction by ensuring first response times are under one minute for chat and one hour for other channels.
• Aid members with order issues, cooking and recipe questions, account management, and more.
• Communicate empathetically and prioritize the member's needs in all interactions.
• Report on member behavior and bugs, generating content based on anecdotes and analytics.

What We're Looking For

• A proven track record of exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and CRM systems is beneficial.
• The ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for sustainable seafood and environmental stewardship.
