About This Position
Reliance One is seeking a dedicated Member Experience Associate to strengthen our team in Brighton, Michigan. You'll work full-time from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the first six months spent entirely onsite in Brighton to build expertise and relationships. After your initial onsite period, you'll transition to a hybrid schedule, working onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. This role combines direct member interaction with operational support to ensure a seamless and positive experience for everyone we serve.
