• Process patient check-in and check-out, including payment collection when needed
• Maintain organized patient files and medical records in compliance with privacy standards
• Support clinic staff with administrative tasks including data entry, copying, and filing
• Address patient questions and concerns with empathy, escalating complex issues to supervisors as appropriate
• Maintain a clean, welcoming clinic environment and manage patient flow

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or a medical office setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with computer systems and electronic health record (EHR) software
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities in a multitasking environment
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA regulations
