What This Role Involves

The Benefits Administrator will be responsible for managing and administering employee benefits programs. This role involves ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service to employees. The ideal candidate will have experience in benefits administration, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Administer employee benefit plans including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement programs
• Process claims and ensure timely payment of benefits
• Prepare reports on benefits usage and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Communicate with employees to address questions or concerns regarding their benefits
• Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of employee information
• Stay up-to-date with changes in benefit laws and regulations, and implement necessary updates to the company’s programs

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage complex benefits programs. The successful candidate will have experience in benefits administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments within the organization.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in benefits administration
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, and other relevant regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with HRIS or similar software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
