The Opportunity
Delta Solutions and Strategies is seeking highly skilled and motivated candidates to join a high-performance team supporting US Space Command (USSPACECOM) J6 as Executive Communications Administrators. This role involves providing advanced IT support to VIP level customers, including Command Executives identified as priority 1-3, for computer network systems and client support services. Responsibilities include tracking, proper assignment, and coordination of tickets submitted by the customer, along with reporting status updates.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide advanced IT support to Command Executives identified as priority 1-3
- Support computer network systems and client support services for VIP level customers
- Assist with and perform tracking, proper assignment, and coordination of tickets submitted by the customer
- Report status updates on assigned tasks
- Maintain continuity of operations for Command priority customers while exercising independent judgment in performing complex technical tasks
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking candidates with a strong background in IT support, particularly those who can handle advanced technical tasks and provide high-level customer service. An active TS/SCI clearance is required for this position.
