About the Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated Salesforce Administrator to join our team at Syntax Consultancy Ltd. This role offers a permanent career opportunity with a competitive salary of £40,000 (DOE) in Derbyshire, working in a hybrid environment.
- Hybrid Working Model: 2 days/week remote and 3 days/week office-based
- Flexible Hybrid Model Available for Candidates Living Outside the Midlands
What You'll Do
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Salesforce CRM system. Key duties include:
- Maintaining data integrity and accuracy in Salesforce
- Creating and customizing reports, dashboards, and processes
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Experience with Apex development is advantageous but not mandatory
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies
