Role Overview

This Full Time Salesforce Administrator position with Sybridgetech in Remote centers on the full lifecycle of platform administration. You will ensure seamless configuration, customization, and maintenance while enabling teams to achieve their goals through effective use of Salesforce tools. Collaboration with cross-functional colleagues will help shape solutions that address evolving requirements and uphold high standards of system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage user roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings for controlled access.
• Design and implement custom objects, fields, relationships, page layouts, and Lightning pages to fit operational demands.
• Build automated processes using Flow Builder, Workflow Rules, and approval mechanisms.
• Handle data management tasks including mass imports, updates, cleanses, and backups to preserve accuracy.
• Generate insightful reports and interactive dashboards tailored to leadership and departmental needs.
• Deliver responsive support to end users, resolve issues promptly, and conduct training on best practices.
• Monitor system health, audit usage, and plan for upgrades following Salesforce release schedules.

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably with multiple years in production environments.
• Current Salesforce Certified Administrator credential or equivalent demonstrated knowledge.
• Expertise in Salesforce Setup, object modeling, and declarative customization techniques.
• Ability to analyze business processes and recommend platform-based improvements.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex system issues efficiently.
• Effective communication for gathering requirements and explaining technical concepts clearly.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems or managing AppExchange packages is advantageous.
