About the Role
A world-leading service provider with an international presence is seeking a Help Desk Administrator based in Cheam. This full-time position offers immediate start and will be working Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm within a large corporate building.
What You'll Do
- Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Diagnose and resolve basic IT issues for users
- Document incidents, resolutions, and user feedback in the help desk system
- Assist with hardware and software installations as needed
- Maintain a high level of customer service to ensure user satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in IT support or help desk administration
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and basic troubleshooting techniques
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and common office software
- A valid UK driving license is preferred but not essential for this role
