This means directing paid traffic streams, refining conversion pathways, and ensuring organised prospect records reach Zoho CRM without friction. The focus lies on engineered consistency rather than isolated campaign launches, so the business receives a steady stream of well-qualified opportunities ready for follow-up.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and refine paid advertising efforts that draw relevant traffic into designated conversion pathways.
• Build and test funnel steps so visitors progress smoothly from first click to completed enquiry form.
• Structure and transfer clean lead records into Zoho CRM for seamless hand-off to downstream teams.
• Review performance data daily and adjust bids, creatives and landing experiences to protect acquisition costs and quality.
• Maintain documentation of the full pipeline so processes remain scalable and transparent.

Qualifications

• Hands-on background managing paid media campaigns that produce measurable enquiries for B2B or service businesses.
• Working knowledge of Zoho CRM or comparable platforms for lead capture and clean data transfer.
• Solid grasp of conversion pathway design, A/B testing and the metrics that define lead quality.
• Ability to own an end-to-end system from traffic source through to structured CRM delivery.
• Clear communication skills and comfort operating independently in a Cape Town City Centre setting.
