Structure and transfer clean lead records into Zoho CRM for seamless hand-off to downstream teams. Review performance data daily and adjust bids, creatives and landing experiences to protect acquisition costs and quality. Maintain documentation of the full pipeline so processes remain scalable and transparent. Qualifications Hands-on background managing paid media campaigns that produce measurable enquiries for B2B or service businesses. Working knowledge of Zoho CRM or comparable platforms for lead capture and clean data transfer. Solid grasp of conversion pathway design, A/B testing and the metrics that define lead quality.
