About This Position
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrator to join our Service department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working within the Motor Trade, Engineering, Construction or similar industries. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy and close-knit environment with no out-of-hours or weekend work required.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting day-to-day operations and maintaining administrative records
- Assisting with customer inquiries and requests
- Handling correspondence and scheduling appointments
- Assisting in the coordination of departmental events and meetings
- Maintaining accurate documentation and filing systems
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience working within a Service department for the Motor Trade, Engineering, Construction or similar industry
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- A valid UK driving license is desirable but not essential
