About This Position

Cogentanalytics is currently seeking a full-time Fleet Administrator to join our team. As part of Agostino Utilities, this role will support the efficient management and maintenance of company vehicles, ensuring they are always ready for rapid response operations during power outages and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle scheduling and routing for emergency and routine operations
• Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Process vehicle-related expenses, including fuel and repairs, ensuring accurate record-keeping
• Coordinate with vendors for parts and services as needed
• Ensure fleet vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and ready for use at all times
• Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance, safety regulations, and fleet management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A valid driver’s license is required
