About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily operations within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Core Duties

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
• Handle correspondence including emails, letters, and other written communications.
• Support the management team by preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Oversee the maintenance of company records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration or a related field is required.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and external stakeholders.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
