About the Role

This is a hands-on role for an experienced automotive administration professional who enjoys being at the centre of the action. Working closely with Sales Managers, Buyers and dealership teams, you’ll ensure every vehicle transaction is accurate, efficient, financially sound, and fully compliant.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure all vehicle transactions are accurate and efficient
• Maintain financial records and compliance for dealership operations
• Work closely with Sales Managers, Buyers, and dealership teams to support smooth operations
• Manage inventory tracking and reporting systems
• Support the sales process by providing administrative assistance as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive administration or a related field
• Familiarity with dealership operations and processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Knowledge of financial management systems and compliance regulations
