The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Automotive Maintenance Technician to join our team at Bridgestone Retail Operations in Bardstown, Kentucky. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service.

Your Responsibilities

• Performing regular vehicle inspections and diagnostic checks to identify any issues or needed repairs
• Executing oil changes, tire rotations, brake services, and other preventive maintenance tasks
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical problems in vehicles
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Communicating effectively with customers regarding service needs and recommendations
• Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations

Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of an associate’s degree in automotive technology or equivalent experience
• Valid driver's license required
• Experience working as an Automotive Maintenance Technician is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Aptitude for learning new technologies and procedures
