The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Automotive Maintenance Technician to join our team at Bridgestone Retail Operations in Bardstown, Kentucky. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service.
Your Responsibilities
- Performing regular vehicle inspections and diagnostic checks to identify any issues or needed repairs
- Executing oil changes, tire rotations, brake services, and other preventive maintenance tasks
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical problems in vehicles
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Communicating effectively with customers regarding service needs and recommendations
- Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations
Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of an associate’s degree in automotive technology or equivalent experience
- Valid driver's license required
- Experience working as an Automotive Maintenance Technician is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Aptitude for learning new technologies and procedures
