The Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Automotive Assistants and Service Managers to join our team at Mavis Tire Supply in Mason, Michigan. As part of Team Mavis, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales center located in the Ypsilanti area.

Core Duties

• Assist customers with tire selection and installation, as well as general automotive services.
• Manage and maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment within the store and service center.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality customer service.
• Handle inventory management tasks including tire stocking and tracking.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in automotive sales or service, preferably at a retail tire center.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
• Knowledge of automotive services and tire selection processes is beneficial.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for this position.
