About the Role

We are seeking full-time Automotive Assistants and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Centereach, NY area. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring that all services are performed efficiently and effectively.

• Performing tire installations, rotations, and balancing
• Assisting customers with tire selection and installation needs
• Managing inventory and maintaining accurate records
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Overseeing the work of other team members as needed

Core Duties

The core duties for this role include:

• Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer concerns promptly
• Maintaining a high level of safety in the workplace
• Performing routine maintenance tasks as required
• Assisting with marketing and promotional activities to drive sales
• Participating in team meetings and training sessions

Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in the automotive industry preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
