About the Role

We're hiring Hourly Assistant Managers throughout our facility to support operations and lead team members in delivering outstanding service. In this full-time position, you'll work directly with department teams, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining LexLive's commitment to excellence.

What You'll Do

• Oversee assigned department operations and team performance
• Mentor and support hourly staff members
• Maintain service quality and operational standards
• Address customer needs and resolve issues promptly
• Assist with inventory, scheduling, and administrative tasks
• Report to management on department performance and priorities
