About the Role
As Strategic Client Success Manager, Enterprise at Cordial, you will serve as the primary strategic partner to our largest enterprise accounts. You'll focus on maximizing client value, ensuring adoption of our platform, and driving expansion opportunities that align with their business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute tailored success strategies for assigned enterprise clients to achieve their business and growth goals
- Serve as the trusted strategic advisor and primary point of contact for enterprise account leadership and stakeholders
- Monitor client health metrics, usage patterns, and engagement to proactively identify risks and expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with product, implementation, and support teams to ensure successful platform adoption and integration
- Drive upsell and expansion initiatives by identifying additional use cases and value-add opportunities within enterprise accounts
- Conduct business reviews and strategy sessions to align client objectives with platform capabilities and outcomes
- Build executive relationships and demonstrate ROI through measurable results and strategic reporting
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in enterprise client success, account management, or similar customer-facing strategic roles
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-value client relationships and navigate multi-stakeholder dynamics
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate business needs into strategic solutions
- Strategic thinking with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes and client ROI
- Understanding of SaaS platforms, customer engagement, or marketing technology preferred
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams across an organization
- Experience developing and managing strategic account plans and executive relationships
