Responsibilities
- Diagnose vehicle issues using electronic diagnostic equipment and mechanical expertise
- Perform maintenance and repair work on automotive systems including brakes, suspension, engines, and transmissions
- Inspect tires and perform tire installation, balancing, and alignment services
- Execute repairs following manufacturer specifications and industry standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment that meets safety requirements
- Communicate clearly with customers about service recommendations and pricing
- Document all service work accurately in the shop management system
What We're Looking For
- ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification or equivalent technical qualification
- High school diploma or GED
- Hands-on experience working on passenger vehicles
- Solid understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
