Mavis Tire Supply is hiring full-time Automotive Alignment Technicians to join the NTB / Mavis Tires & Brakes team at our modern service center in the Simpsonville, Howard County area near Columbia, MD. About the Role

As an Automotive Alignment Technician at Mavis Tire Supply, you'll be the specialist who keeps customers' vehicles tracking straight, handling, and wearing tires the way they should. Working from a well-equipped repair and tire sales center in Simpsonville, Howard County, you'll perform diagnostics and alignment corrections that directly improve vehicle safety and ride quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform two- and four-wheel alignments on a wide range of passenger and light-truck vehicles.
• Inspect steering and suspension components, identifying worn or damaged parts that affect alignment.
• Adjust camber, caster, and toe to manufacturer specifications using computerized alignment equipment.
• Mount, balance, and rotate tires as part of comprehensive service work.
• Communicate findings clearly and recommend appropriate repairs to keep customers safe.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work bay in line with shop standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with automotive alignment, steering, and suspension systems.
• Familiarity with modern computerized alignment machines and shop diagnostic tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to work full-time on-site in Simpsonville, Howard County.
• A team-first attitude and commitment to quality customer service.
