About the Role
As an Automotive Mechanic at Mavis Tire Supply, you'll perform hands-on diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs across a wide range of vehicles. Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair automotive systems, including brakes, suspension, steering, and related components.
- Mount, balance, rotate, and replace tires according to manufacturer and shop standards.
- Carry out routine maintenance services such as fluid changes, alignments, and safety inspections.
- Communicate findings and recommended repairs clearly to service advisors and customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all shop procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic or technician, ideally in a service, repair, or tire center environment.
- Working knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Ability to perform tire installation, brake service, and general repair work efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
- Availability to work full-time, on-site, in the Ewing Township, NJ area.
