The Opportunity

Mavis Tire Supply & NTB are excited to offer full-time Automotive Tire Technicians an opportunity to join Team Mavis. Eligible candidates may receive weekly bonuses up to $800 as part of our commitment to rewarding hard work and dedication.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire installations, rotations, and alignments for customers.
• Conduct inspections and provide recommendations on tire condition and vehicle safety.
• Ensure all services are performed according to industry standards and Mavis Tire Supply’s quality guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at the service center in Morgantown, WV.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with appropriate endorsements preferred but not required.
• Experience in automotive tire services is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Aptitude for learning new technologies and processes related to tire maintenance.
