The Opportunity

Calibre Search is seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Administrator to join their team in the Fleetwood area of Blackpool. This full-time position offers competitive compensation based on experience. The role involves working Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company's database system.
• Handle incoming service requests via phone, email, or web portal efficiently.
• Schedule appointments for technicians and coordinate with customers to ensure timely service delivery.
• Prepare detailed reports on service activities and outcomes for management review.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to support customer inquiries and provide solutions.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a candidate who possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a service administration role within an engineering or HVAC environment. Strong organizational abilities and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications are essential.
