Position Summary

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team in North Lakes and surrounding suburbs. As a part-time employee with CPL, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities through daily support and care.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
• Support clients with daily living activities including meal preparation, housekeeping, and laundry
• Facilitate social interactions and engagement in community activities to promote independence and inclusion
• Implement individualized support plans developed by our team of professionals
• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times

What We're Looking For

• A compassionate and empathetic attitude towards individuals with disabilities
• Passion for making a positive impact on people's lives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic first aid knowledge or willingness to obtain it quickly
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
• A valid driver’s license (if applicable)
