The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team in Christchurch. This part-time role offers flexibility around your personal commitments while providing essential support to individuals with disabilities including Autism, Intellectual, Downs Syndrome, and Cerebral Palsy.
- Work within the community to provide daily living assistance
- Support clients in achieving their personal goals and enhancing their quality of life
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all clients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Daily tasks will include assisting with activities of daily living, ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients, and providing emotional support. You will work closely with a diverse group of individuals to help them lead fulfilling lives within their communities.
