About This Position

Help at Hand Support Services, based in Bargo and the Wollondilly area, is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team. As a part-time employee, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities through person-centered support services.

Core Duties

• Provide individualized care and assistance based on the specific needs of each client
• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility
• Support clients in accessing community resources and participating in social activities
• Ensure safety and well-being of clients at all times
• Document client progress and communicate effectively with other team members

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking individuals who possess a compassionate nature, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A background in disability support or related field is preferred but not essential. Applicants must hold a current First Aid certificate and be willing to undergo relevant checks.
