CCS Disability Action is seeking dedicated Community Support Workers to join our team in Whangarei. Our vision is to see every disabled person/whānau hauā interwoven into the lives of their whānau and community, working closely with disabled people to provide support and advocacy. We offer part-time hours available for positions based in Waipu to Wellsford.
Responsibilities
- Supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily activities and personal care needs
- Facilitating social inclusion and community engagement opportunities
- Providing advocacy and support for disabled people and their families
- Assisting with the development of individualized support plans
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
