Position Summary
We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our National Contact Centre in Grey Lynn, Auckland. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to make a positive impact on the community while developing their careers.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to callers across various departments and services
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and record keeping
- Respond to inquiries from the public in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively as part of both Business Hours and Afterhours teams
Skills & Qualifications
- A strong commitment to customer service excellence
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for Afterhours teams
- Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
