Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Resolve customer inquiries and service issues using established protocols and best practices
- Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions and service outcomes
- Consistently meet or exceed performance targets for call handling and customer satisfaction metrics
- Provide mentorship and guidance to less-experienced team members
- Work effectively with various client requirements and service environments
- Escalate complex matters appropriately while keeping customer needs at the forefront
