What This Role Involves

At Eden Academy Angle Vale, we are seeking passionate and dedicated Lead Educators and Assistant Educators to join our growing team. As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators, ensuring the highest standards in early childhood education, and creating an enriching learning environment that fosters growth and development. As an Assistant Educator, your role will focus on supporting the lead educator, assisting with daily classroom activities, and ensuring the well-being of our young learners.

Core Duties

• Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs to support children's learning and development
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment that promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth
• Collaborate with other educators and staff members to ensure consistency in teaching practices
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about their child’s progress and needs
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

• A relevant degree or qualification in early childhood education or a related field
• Demonstrated experience working with young children (0-5 years)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• A passion for early childhood education and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of children
