Position Summary

Catholic Healthcare is seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join our team in Batehaven. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of residents while enjoying a supportive work environment. Permanent part-time positions are available for Monday through Sunday, with morning, afternoon, and night shifts.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by following established procedures.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Document daily activities and resident progress accurately in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications

• A valid Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certificate or equivalent qualification is required.
• Demonstrated experience in providing personal care assistance preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
