Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Disability Support Worker to join our team in Gorokan. As an integral part of Unisson Disability, you will play a crucial role in empowering people with disabilities and creating meaningful connections within the community.
What You'll Do
- Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care needs
- Support clients to participate in social, recreational, and educational activities
- Facilitate access to community resources and services
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for clients
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records
What You Bring
- A compassionate and empathetic approach towards individuals with disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience in disability support or related field is advantageous but not essential
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport (as some duties may require travel)
