About This Position
Cogentanalytics is seeking a driven and customer-focused sales professional to join our Residential Sales Team. In this role, you will assist homeowners, builders, designers, and contractors in selecting the right natural stone products while fostering long-term relationships and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and follow-up.
- Assist showroom customers with product selection and project needs.
- Prepare quotes and follow up to close sales.
- Enter orders accurately and coordinate with operations.
- Maintain customer records in the CRM.
- Build long-term relationships with homeowners, builders, designers, and contractors.
- Reactivate past customers and develop repeat business.
- Deliver outstanding customer service from first contact through project completion.
What We're Looking For
- A hunter mentality with a passion for meeting people, closing sales, and exceeding goals.
- Experience in sales or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
