Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused sales professional to join our Residential Sales Team. You will assist homeowners, builders, designers, and contractors in selecting the right natural stone products while building lasting relationships and driving sales growth.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and follow-up.
- Assist showroom customers with product selection and project needs.
- Prepare quotes and follow up to close sales.
- Enter orders accurately and coordinate with operations.
- Maintain customer records in the CRM.
- Build long-term relationships with homeowners, builders, designers, and contractors.
- Reactivate past customers and develop repeat business.
- Deliver outstanding customer service from first contact through project completion.
