The Opportunity
ESR Motor Systems is seeking an experienced industrial outside salesperson to develop and grow our North Georgia and Central/Eastern Tennessee territory. This home-based, field-sales position is supported by our Atlanta branch and experienced inside-sales team.
Core Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in the assigned territory
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to management
- Present product solutions to potential clients, addressing their needs and concerns
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports as required by management
- Travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and attend industry events
What You Bring
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in industrial sales or a related field
- Strong understanding of industrial motors and drives
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining customer relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A valid driver's license with reliable transportation for business travel
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
