Position Summary
UniFirst is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive new business and grow route-based uniform and facility service programs for customers across your territory. This field-based role involves prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting on-site presentations, and developing tailored solutions for manufacturing and other industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify potential clients in the assigned territory
- Conduct on-site presentations to demonstrate UniFirst’s offerings
- Develop and present customized solutions that meet customer needs
- Negotiate contracts and close sales
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing deals
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in outside sales or a related field
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and techniques
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
