Position Summary
The Vice President of Operations at Cogentanalytics is responsible for the strategic design and execution of operational systems that encompass construction, service, and project management. This role ensures all work is executed profitably, predictably, and to standard by establishing clear accountability, documented processes, and measurable performance metrics.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies for HVAC services.
- Oversee the planning and execution of projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Manage a team of project managers and service technicians to deliver high-quality work.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Monitor financial performance and profitability of operations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in HVAC operations management.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
