We are seeking a visionary Director of Operations Learning & Development to lead the creation and implementation of a modern learning ecosystem at SoFi. This role is pivotal in ensuring that every Operations employee is equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to deliver exceptional, member-centric service. As the leader, you will own the end-to-end strategy from new hire onboarding to product launch readiness and beyond.

What You'll Do

• Drive the complete L&D program strategy: Align member experience goals with data-informed learning portfolios.
• Mentor a team of experienced Senior Managers: Foster a culture of creative collaboration and excellence within your team.
• Manage the Operational Learning Library: Oversee the lifecycle from initial hire through active production, utilizing diverse methodologies such as classroom sessions, huddle guides, and digital coach tools.
• Integrate AI tools: Leverage artificial intelligence to enhance content creation and delivery, ensuring that it directly improves business outcomes like FCR, CSAT, and NPS.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in learning & development or related field with a focus on operations.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives.
• Experience with AI-enabled, data-driven content creation and management.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop high-performing team members.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies.
