About This Position

We are seeking a Learning, Development and Inclusion Manager to join our mission-driven team at Type One Energy Group, Inc. in Farragut, Tennessee. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee learning, development, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs that align with business objectives and support employee growth.
• Develop and maintain a robust onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the team.
• Create an inclusive culture by implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and policies.
• Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with HR, management, and other departments to align learning and development goals with organizational strategy.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate or educational setting.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories and best practices.
• Experience with DEI initiatives and the ability to drive cultural change within an organization.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
