Position Summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in learning and development or related field.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Experience in developing and implementing training programs for large organizations is a plus.
