About This Position
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Private Sector Development Specialist to join our mission in fostering prosperity and sustainable development in the Asia-Pacific region. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving initiatives that support private sector growth and economic development in India (nationwide) (nationwide).
Core Duties
- Conduct research and analysis on market trends, regulatory frameworks, and investment opportunities for the private sector in India (nationwide) (nationwide).
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the business environment, promote entrepreneurship, and foster inclusive economic growth.
- Collaborate with government agencies, private sector entities, and international partners to drive impactful projects that align with ADB’s goals.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in private sector development, economic analysis, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the India (nationwide) (nationwide)n economy, business environment, and regulatory landscape.
- Exposure to international development projects and experience working with multilateral institutions is desirable.
- Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
- A Master’s degree in economics, business administration, or a related field is required. A PhD is preferred.
