Position Summary

This role is a full-time position within the Digital Product Operations team at College Board. As Director, Analytics & Business Intelligence, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the measurement infrastructure that drives decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with various teams to ensure data-driven insights are available to inform product development and operational improvements.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for Digital Product Operations.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in the digital assessment experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, Design, and go-to-market functions to ensure alignment on metrics and goals.
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through robust data governance practices.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a related field with a focus on digital product operations.
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining complex dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present insights in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where collaboration is key.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to improving digital assessment experiences for students and educators.
