Position Summary

The Director of Security Operations will oversee the daily operations of Aledade's Security Operations Center (SOC) and manage a team of security professionals. This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive security policies, incident response protocols, and monitoring strategies to protect the organization’s assets, data, and reputation.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust security policies and procedures.
• Manage and lead a team of security professionals in executing daily operations.
• Create and maintain incident response protocols for various security threats.
• Analyze security data to identify potential vulnerabilities and risks.
• Mitigate identified security threats proactively and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing a Security Operations Center (SOC).
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
• Experience in developing and implementing security policies and procedures.
• Adept at analyzing complex data and making strategic decisions based on insights.
• Familiarity with incident response processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
